Still managing your building with spreadsheets?
Excel can store your numbers. WhatsApp can store your conversations. A folder can store your documents. But none of them knows how your building fits together.
The old way
- A rent spreadsheet
- Calendar reminders
- Folders full of contracts
- Occupancy tracked by hand
- WhatsApp messages
- A separate list of cheques
- Reports put together by hand
With MyMabna
- Rent and instalment schedules built from each lease
- Alerts before a lease ends and when rent falls overdue
- Documents attached to the building, unit or lease they belong to
- Occupancy you can see at a glance
- Every tenant and lease on record
- Cheque tracking built in
- Reports for every building

Documents
Keep leases, deeds, invoices and licences organised, with a warning before any of them expires.
Reports
See occupancy, rent, collections, arrears and expenses for each building.
Let AI do the data entry.
Setting up a building shouldn't mean typing every unit and lease into a system.
It sets your building up
Give it a floor plan, the spreadsheet you already keep, or just describe the building in your own words. It works out the floors, the unit numbers and their areas, and builds the unit list with you.
It reads your signed leases
Attach a signed lease and it takes out what's in it, with nothing retyped:
- The tenant's name, company, ID, phone and email
- The rent, and how it rises over time
- The start and end dates
- How many instalments a year, and how they're paid
- The deposit, service charge and parking
You stay in charge
Nothing is saved until you have read it and approved it. Where the assistant isn't sure it says so instead of guessing, and you correct anything that's wrong before it lands.
Know what needs your attention.
Open MyMabna and see the answers an owner actually wants — not a wall of figures.
- How much rent is contracted?
- The yearly rent across your running leases.
- What's overdue?
- Every instalment past its date, by tenant, whatever the payment method.
- Which leases are ending?
- Leases coming up for a decision, ranked by how soon.
- How is the building doing?
- Occupancy, collections and arrears, building by building.
- What am I spending?
- Expenses by category, with their invoices attached.
- What's happening across my properties?
- Every building rolled up together on your Overview.
Built for the way property owners here actually work.
Your market, not someone else's
Property here runs on yearly rents paid in instalments, post-dated cheques and contracts in Arabic. MyMabna is built around that from the start.
- Arabic and English, each written for its own reader
- Post-dated cheques, from received to deposited
- Rent in as many instalments as the lease sets
- Commercial, residential and mixed-use buildings
- Property registration details for Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt
- Lease details in both languages, and a contract draft wherever the lease isn't an official form
One owner is enough.
You don't need a property-management company to keep your building organised.
You don't need an accountant to update five spreadsheets.
You don't need a large team to know what's happening across your properties.
Your tenants don't need to download another app. MyMabna is your management workspace.
And when you do want help, invite up to four people — on any plan.
Built by a property owner.
MyMabna wasn't created to add another layer of software between you and your property. It was created because managing property the traditional way — spreadsheets, folders, WhatsApp, paper contracts, cheque lists and reminders — becomes difficult very quickly.
We wanted one place that simply understands the building.
One flat price per plan. Every feature on every plan.
Plans differ only in how many units they hold. Add units freely up to the cap, and move up when you pass it. Cancel whenever you like.
No management company taking a share of your rent, and no staff on salary — just one small monthly subscription.

Is MyMabna for property owners or property-management companies?
It's built for owners — and the people who help them — managing their own properties. Every screen is designed around an owner's own buildings.
Do my tenants need to use MyMabna?
No. MyMabna is your management workspace. Tenants are records in it, with their details and leases; they never need an account or an app.
Can I manage residential and commercial properties?
Yes — residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings, including shops, offices and apartments in the same building.
Can I track post-dated cheques?
Yes. Record each cheque with its number and bank, see which are ready to deposit, mark them deposited, and replace or settle in cash any cheque that comes back.
Can I manage more than one building?
Yes, on every plan. Each building keeps its own units and reports, and your Overview brings them all together.
Can I bring over the data I already have?
Yes. Upload a floor plan — a PDF, drawing or photo — or an Excel list, and the floors and units are read for you. Upload signed leases and the tenant, rent, dates and instalments come with them. Or describe the building in your own words. You review everything before it's saved.
Is my data secure?
Each account can only ever see its own data — the database enforces that on every table, not just the app. Your data is backed up daily, you can export your reports to CSV at any time, and you can sign out of every device from Settings.
When do I pay anything?
Not to start — there's nothing to pay to set up your property and see your leases. The 30-day trial runs from the day you begin, and we ask for a payment method only if you carry on.
How is the price calculated?
One flat price per plan, billed in your own currency across the Gulf and Jordan and in US dollars elsewhere. Add units up to the plan's cap; pass it and you move up a plan.
What lease document do I get?
In the UAE and Saudi Arabia the contract is the authority's own form (Ejari in Dubai, Ejar in Saudi Arabia), so MyMabna gives you a sheet of the lease details to copy into it. Elsewhere, the assistant can also draft a contract to start from, with blanks for what it doesn't know. It never states legal figures, so have it checked before anyone signs.
Your property deserves better than another spreadsheet.
Manage your building the way it should be managed — from one place.
