Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of MyMabna (the "Service"), operated by V39 CONSULTANCY - FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under trade licence number 6311010, with its registered office at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("MyMabna", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a MyMabna account, you agree to these Terms. If you are creating an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What MyMabna is

MyMabna is software for property owners to manage units, leases, instalments, cheques, expenses, and documents. MyMabna is for owners and the people they authorize — tenants do not have accounts and are not MyMabna customers.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by anyone you give access to.
  • Keep your password secure. Tell us immediately at support@mymabna.me if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Free trial, pricing, and billing

  • New accounts get a 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged to start the trial.
  • Plans are priced per the plan's unit cap and billed in your local currency, monthly or annually.
  • We ask for a payment method only if you continue past the trial.
  • You can cancel at any time — see our Refund Policy for exactly what happens to your billing and access when you cancel or close your account.
  • Reaching your plan's unit cap blocks adding further units until you upgrade or contact us for custom pricing — you are never charged automatically for overage.

5. Your content and data

You own the property, lease, tenant, and financial data you put into MyMabna. You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information you enter
  • Having the legal right to collect and store your tenants' personal information, and to share it with MyMabna for the purpose of managing your properties
  • Complying with the tenancy, data-protection, and consumer-protection laws that apply in the countries where your properties are located

6. AI-assisted reading and generated leases

MyMabna can read floor plans and signed contracts to pre-fill units, tenants, and instalments, and can draft leases citing local rent law by name. These are drafting aids, not legal advice:

  • Nothing read from a document is saved until you review and approve it.
  • A generated lease is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing it — and for having it checked by your own legal adviser — before you rely on it or ask a tenant to sign it.
  • MyMabna does not guarantee that a generated lease is valid, enforceable, or compliant with current local law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use MyMabna for any property or tenancy you do not have the right to manage
  • Enter information about a person you do not have a lawful basis to hold data on
  • Attempt to access another owner's account or data
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing product
  • Use the service in a way that violates applicable law

8. Service availability

We aim to keep MyMabna available and to back up your data regularly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practical.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On closure, your data is deleted per the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MyMabna is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost rent, lost profits, or disputes with your tenants. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MyMabna against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, including claims brought by your tenants relating to how you collected or handled their data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. We will notify account owners of material changes by email before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
